Tender Rolled Oats
Tender Rolled Oats are processed the same as the Stabilized Oats, but are rolled very thin. Postmenopausal women consuming approximately 300g per day can significantly slow the progression of the atherosclerotic process (narrowing of the vessels). It also aids in slowing the narrowing of arterial vessels (stenosis). In addition, the beta-glucans help increase the immunity system to fight bacterial infection.
